Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke is one of my all-time favorites. It has been said that he preached face-to-face to more people than any other evangelist in human history. He was a paradox. He was characteristically passionate and powerfully anointed, while at the same time, he demonstrated a meekness and humility that is rare to find in a minister of his caliber.

As I heard of his passing, I could not help but remember the time I interviewed him at Church of His Presence in Daphne, Alabama. He was the keynote speaker as we dedicated our new building. On that night in December 2014, we got to see a rare peek and insight into a mighty man of God. It was such a memorable moment that I thought you might want to experience what we experienced as he endeared himself to all of us.
